Meaningful Sleep

Michelle Cole - Meaningful Sleep
It can be a challenge to find support for sleep problems . . .

While there are interventions for specific sleep disorders, there are few that meet the needs of people who have experienced childhood trauma, C-PTSD, or PTSD as an adult.

While sleep difficulties can be complex and longstanding, they are not untreatable.

The Meaningful Sleep journey weaves together many practices known to improve sleep. You begin by understanding your unique sleep story, including your sleep chronotype, patterns, practices, and beliefs about sleep. From there, you learn how sleep works and explore practical ways to improve your experience through body, mind, and environment.

Support is available for private clients and for those accessing ACC Sensitive Claims, either face-to-face or online.
